Security Policy

OCR uses a TCP/IP lock manager program through a master/slave computer connection.  All information is stored on one master computer that is only accessible by the managing director.  The lock manager program is password protected and only given to the managing director.  The managing director then allows all workstations to have access to the master computer.

Collect! System has various levels of security.  Access to the program can be limited based on the type of user.  Our managing directors have full access to the system.  Collection managers have full access except for finances.  Collection agents can only access their own personal queue to follow up with their file assignments.  This ensures that any sensitive information is limited to authorized personnel only.

Collect! System can only be accessed through the TCP/IP lock manager.  In other words, even if someone was to access the master computer, they must have the TCP/IP password to access Collect! System.  Once logged in, Collect! System has an internal security system.  Full access can only be given with the managing director’s login and password.

Workstations are locked and logged off when an employee is not within visual contact.
