Contingency Collections

  1. Account is Assigned
    An account can be submitted by fax, website, email, at any time of the day.  Once we receive the account you will be sent a client acknowledgment form to verify all information is correct.
  1. Personal Collection
    We will initiate personal contact by telephone.  Our refined collection methods will make the debtor aware that this is a top priority to be resolved immediately.
  1. Reported to the Credit Bureau (30 days from listing date)
    All debts are reported unless otherwise requested. 
  1. Systematic Review
    If your client ignores our efforts to resolve your account, we will conduct a systematic review to determine if legal action is warranted.
  1. Filing Suit
    If we are unable to resolve the account by conventional means and legal action is recommended.  We can provide this service for you only with your written authorization.
  1. Client Service & support
    An account manager is assigned to every client.  Our staff is experienced in all aspects of commercial and consumer debt collections.
  1. Closing Procedures
    Accounts will only be closed under the following circumstances: 1) the account is paid in full: 2) a settlement is reached between both parties: 3) the debtor is bankrupt, destitute: 4) the debtor is deceased: 5) the debtor is completely unwilling to resolve the account and legal action is unjustified: 6) the agent handling your account has done everything possible but is unable to locate the debtor. 7) requested by you.
